The spring of this exceptional Laguiole knife is engraved with a motif inspired by the arches of the "Iron Lady," composed of flowing curves and intricate details.
The liners, finely hand-guilloché, form a crosshatch pattern that echoes the iron lattice structure of the Eiffel Tower.
