Production time
All products are made as soon as we receive your order.
Manufacturing time: approximately 15 days.
Workshop closure: We do not produce in August. Orders placed in August are usually delivered at the end of September.
Total delivery time = production time (≈15 days) + shipping time (see below).
Shipping times by destination
The delivery times below refer to transport time only (excluding production). All shipments include loss/damage insurance and delivery against signature.

All items are sent by registered mail to the delivery address provided during checkout. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number.

European Union customers: VAT is included in your order total.

What is the total delivery time?Total delivery time includes approximately 15 days production plus shipping time (France 1–3 working days, Europe 3–8, Worldwide 5–15).
Is my shipment insured?Yes. All parcels include loss/damage insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
How can I track my order?After shipment, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your parcel online via the Colissimo website.
Do you ship worldwide?Yes, we deliver worldwide.
Will I have to pay customs duties?Customers outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These charges depend on your country and are not included in the product price.
